In 1995 and again in 2003, VHS tapes and DVD's were made available as a children learning programs. It is highly likely that these cards were at some point added. It is unknown which one these were placed in. It is highly likely that they were found in the earlier VHS videos but again this is speculation. The videos in this series were: Contruction Vehicles, Fire Fighter Vehicles, Army Vehicles and Police Vehicles. They do seem to mimic common packs in the 1990's.
The cards themselves have squared corners. If anyone has any definite information regarding other cards (if there are any more) and which episodes they were found in. Special thanks to James D for this information.
